2023 RESURFACING PROJECT

Concrete work on the south side is basically completed. Restoring access to driveways is underway as well as backfilling parkway and street gaps.

The project will continue with milling the surface pavement on Friday 6/30/2023 on Schooner Lane.

As a part of this project, 41 street sections will be improved (approximately 7.16 miles). These improvements will include various spot drainage improvements (e.g., curb and gutter replacement), spot sidewalk removal and replacement to meet the current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards, pavement patching, removal and replacement of the existing asphalt surface, pavement markings, and necessary restoration.

The public will have access to the streets during construction; however, minor delays may occur.  Some residents may also lose access to their driveway temporarily when concrete work is performed.
