COPS Day Picnic & Movie in the Park- July 21

The event will kick-off with a welcoming from Chief Johnson and the signing of the ILACP/NAACP 10-Shared Principals.

The picnic attractions will include an emergency vehicle car show featuring more than 20 agencies, a police canine demonstration, face painting, mascots, petting zoo, gaming bus, Child ID Kits by the Barrington Masonic Lodge, as well as numerous community resource agencies.  There will be a cash raffle to raise funds for the IPPFA Hero's Family Fund with some great prizes. The Hanover Park Police Administration will be cooking and serving hotdogs, chips, beverages and snacks which are free to all attendees.  The event will conclude with pre-movie entertainment and a Movie-In-The-Park will begin at dusk featuring The Bad Guys by DreamWorks Productions. Popcorn and beverages will be offered for sale by the Hanover Park Park District Parks Foundation.
