You can still register for our annual doggie egg hunt! The hunt is on Saturday, April 5th from 2:00PM to 3:00PM in Ontarioville Park. The cost is $5 per dog. WaterSmart is Coming Soon!
On March 25th, residents will have access to a new utility portal called WaterSmart.
Through the WaterSmart portal, residents can track their own water usage history with personalized recommendations on how to reduce water consumption. You can enroll in usage alerts that will notify you of any unusual spikes in water use. This feature helps you detect issues early and avoid unexpected high bills!
Residents will also be able to view and pay their utility bills through the WaterSmart portal. Options for paperless billing and autopay are also available!

Save the Date - Blood Drive on April 2nd!
Mark your calendar for April 2nd for the Village's annual blood drive. This year, Vitalant staff will be present with the Bloodmobile in the Village Hall parking lot.

Strategic Plan Update is Coming Soon!
This year, the Village is updating our Strategic Plan! As part of this planning process, we are conducting a survey to gather resident feedback about living in the Village, Village-provided services, and the key areas the Village government should prioritize for the next three years.
We have partnered with the Center for Governmental Studies at Northern Illinois University to assist with this survey. The findings of the survey will help the Village plan for the future.
If your household is one of the limited number of households randomly selected to receive the survey, it is important that you complete the survey. These surveys will be mailed to the randomly selected households. All responses are confidential. No identifying information of survey respondents will be reported.
Registration is now open for spring dance lessons at the Hanover Park Park District. Spotlight Dance Studio offers fun dance classes for all skill levels. The Showcase will be on August 16, 2025. No classes on July 4th. Bring proper shoes (required for jazz/tap), comfy clothes, water bottle, and hair tied up.
