Ride the Wave to Hanover Park! 

Stop by Village Hall this summer to check out our mural, as well as depictions of Hokusai's art on the building's windows. This mural was created by local Naperville artist, Rich Lo. Murals were created for Hanover Park and other municipalities located in DuPage County as part of the promotion of the College of DuPage's Cleve Carney Museum of Art's "Hokusai and Ukiyo-e: the Floating World" exhibit. The Village is a community partner to promote this awesome exhibit! For more information about the exhibit, visit the Museum's website.

Save the Date for Summer Soirée!

Our 2nd annual Summer Soirée is only a month away! This year's theme is Disco! Come out and enjoy live music, food trucks, beer/wine, and the return of the laser light show! This year's event is Saturday, August 16th at Ontarioville Park. 

Bands include Starlight City from 5:30pm to 7:15pm and The Disco Circus 8:00pm to 9:45pm. The laser light show will begin shortly after. Free parking will be in the Metra lot.

Schick Road Resurfacing Update: The punch list is expected to be completed in the upcoming weeks.   

2025 Resurfacing Project Update: The contractor completed all concrete work for this year’s project. Restoration work is ongoing and is expected to be completed within the next few weeks. 

2025 Watermain Replacement Update: The 2025 Watermain Replacement Project in the Andover Drive neighborhood is officially underway. The Village’s contractor, Bluewater Construction, has started moving equipment and materials this week and will begin light/preparatory construction work next week.

Fiber Installation (AT&T): AT&T has a number of fiber installation projects throughout the Village. Any questions or concerns about these projects should be directed to AT&T at 800-843-6581.

County Farm Road Sidewalk (DuPage County DOT): DuPage County has completed the installation of the sidewalk on the west side of County Farm Road, from Lawrence Avenue to Stairway Drive, as well as a majority of the restoration. There are a few areas that required substantial regrading that will be temporarily restored. Final restoration in these areas will be completed in the Fall.

Arlington Drive Bridge Replacement Update: This week, crews installed the sheeting for the cofferdam and continued demolition of the existing bridge. Next week, crews will continue removing the existing bridge and begin the excavation for the new culverts.
