    1. Complete the Renewal Application Form. 

    2. Submit electronically. You may print a copy for your records.

    3. You will be redirected automatically to the Licensing Payment Portal.

    4. Enter your License Type, License Number, Renewal Number exactly as it appears on your renewal notice.

    5. Submit electronic payment.

    Please note that selected trades must be reflected on your bond or your license will not be issued.  If additional trades are added from your previous registration, you will be contacted to pay any additional monies owed.

  4. Permit Bonds must be made out to the Village, valued at $10,000, contain a 30-day cancellation clause, be specific in trade, be signed by the owner or corporate officer, his or her signature needs to be notarized and the bond must run through our licensing year. Our licensing year runs from February 01 of the current year through January 31 of the following year.

  5. Permit Bonds for sewer contractors must be made out to the Village, valued at $20,000, contain a 30-day cancellation clause, be specific in trade, be signed by the owner or corporate officer, his or her signature needs to be notarized and the bond must run through our licensing year. Our licensing year runs from February 01 of the current year through January 31 of the following year.
