August 13, 2019, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Hanover Park Police Headquarters
The Sister Cities Committee's functions are to promote, foster, and publicize local, state, and national Sister Cities Programs. The committee acts to foster international municipal cooperation through aid and education.
Due to the generosity of residents, businesses and not-for-profit agencies, we have been able to forward several containers of goods to Cape Coast. Annually, the Sister Cities collects surplus school supplies from students of surrounding schools.
In 2010 Hanover Park welcomed our second Sister City of Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico. The Committee meets at 7:00 PM on the second Tuesday of each month, in the Community Room at the Police Headquarters, 2011 Lake Street. The Public is invited to attend.
