Village of Hanover Park COVID-19 Vaccination SiteThe Village of Hanover Park has partnered with Jewel-Osco to host a Johnson & Johnson/Janssen COVID-19 vaccination site for Hanover Park residents only who are at least 18 years-old, regardless of their insurance coverage or immigration status including individuals who are undocumented. The vaccination site will be held at the Hanover Park Park District, 1919 Walnut, Hanover Park, Illinois on April 22, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is a single dose vaccination.

Please be patient when calling. Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis due to a limited number of vaccine doses. All COVID-19 vaccinations are by appointment only. All registrants must meet current eligibility requirements. Please do not show up at the vaccination site without an appointment. All registrants will be required to provide their insurance card or Medicare ID (if they have one), and driver's license or state issued photo identification (if they have one) at the COVID-19 vaccination event. All registrants are asked to please fill out the “Vaccine Consent Form” form in advance and bring it to the COVID-19 vaccination event

Virtual Town Hall Meeting with WorkNet DuPageThe Village of Hanover Park will host an informational webinar on Wednesday, April 14 at 9:00 a.m. about available workforce development services and funding for businesses through DuPage County Business Services at WorkNet DuPage – the county’s official workforce center funded by the federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA).
You will learn about the following programs designed for businesses: INCUMBENT WORKER TRAINING • DuPage County Business Services can reimburse up to $25,000 of training costs to boost the skill sets of your workers. These training services help companies remain competitive by updating or enhancing the skills and capabilities of their current workforce. ON-THE-JOB TRAINING • For eligible new hires, DuPage County Business Services can reimburse up to 75% of wages for up to the first 6 months of on-the-job training.
