Vaccination Booster Clinic

When: Tuesday, January 18 at 11:00am-1:00pm

Where: Hanover Park Park District 1919 Walnut Avenue, Hanover Park

Registration- ALL individuals 12+ are welcome to register for a booster appointment as long as it has been 5 months since their second dose of Pfizer or Moderna or 2 months since their dose of Johnson & Johnson.

Pop-Up COVID-19 Test Sites

State and local public health officials are urging residents to find tests at state-approved testing sites available on their website.

If you have doubts, ask questions such as what labratory they are affiliated with, when and how will you receive your results and there should be no payment for the test.

All complaints should be forwarded to the Attorney General's Office.
