The purpose of the Special Events Committee is to: (1) To promote village cultural festivals, concerts, special events, or other activitiesin Hanover Park; (2) To sponsor cultural activities, concerts and/or special events in the name of thevillage; (3) To recommend to the board of trustees cultural activities, concerts and/or special events and funding necessary to accomplish them; (4) To complete such projects as are assigned by the village president and board of trustees. The Special Events Committee’s scheduled meetings for 2021 are at 11:30 a.m. in Room 214 at Village Hall. The current meeting schedule is as follows: May 5 July 7 September 1 November 3 Additional special meetings of the committee are scheduled as needed.
