Special Events Committee

The purpose of the Special Events Committee is to: (1) To promote village cultural festivals, concerts, special events, or other activities in Hanover Park; (2) To sponsor cultural activities, concerts and/or special events in the name of the village; (3) To recommend to the board of trustees cultural activities, concerts and/or special events and funding necessary to accomplish them; (4) To complete such projects as are assigned by the Village President and Board of Trustees. The Special Events Committee’s regularly scheduled meetings are at 11:30 a.m. in Room 212 at Village Hall.
The regularly scheduled Bi-monthly meetings are on the 1st Wednesday of the month as follows:
January 4
March 1
May 3
July 5
September 6
November 1
Additional special meetings of the committee are scheduled as needed.
