Join the Village of Hanover Park as we salute, honor, and thank those who served our country. This year the Village's Keynote Speaker is Wes Becton. Wes Becton, MBA, PCC is an executive leadership coach and business consultant. Wes served as a platoon leader in the Demilitarized Zone in Korea and later as the Commander of the U.S. Army's Honor Guard Company. He has significant governance experience and serves on a number of for-profit and non-profit boards. Wes has been married for 35 years and has three adult children, a son-in-law, and two granddaughters. Wes is a frequent and passionate speaker and lecturer on leadership, diversity, and innovation topics.
