OBJECTIVE:  To improve the condition of the roadway by means of resurfacing the asphalt pavement. 

DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the mill and overlay of the Schick Rd. pavement.  It also includes spot curb and gutter repairs, any necessary road subgrade patching, underground structure improvements/adjustments, curb ramp improvements to comply with current ADA requirements, and all necessary restoration work.
