  • Please be alert!  There are many electronic security risks, including phishing and scams, that have come about during pandemic.  The Federal Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency and the Small Business Development Center have each published resources and information about keeping your business safe.
  • Check out one of the many free or low-cost video conferencing options which allows easy "face to face" communication.  Uber Conference gives you free 45-minute meetings for up to 10 participants. There are a host of tech tools to meet this need - Skype, GoToMeeting, FaceTime (commonly through iPhones), Facebook Live.  Microsoft offers Microsoft Teams.  
  • Send invoices digitally and allow your customers to pay without visiting your store or location. There are many low-cost online invoicing systems which allow you to send invoices and get paid online, for instance Wave Apps or Invoicely.
  • The Federal Trade Commission has resources related to COVID-19 scam calls.

  • As of March 19, 2020, NLX Inc. is offering free automated contact centers for Government, Education, and Non-Profit Organizations who are struggling with the influx of calls and inquiries as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
